I facilitate people through transitions and transformations in their life with the support of plant allies, sound vibration and voice work, rebirthing breathwork, embodiment practices, and parts work.
What I offer
I’m a trained Intuitive Herbalist with many years of experience of holding people and groups in connection with themselves, land and nature.

​This can be one to one, in groups and longer retreats mostly on the magical land I steward and tend on Dartmoor- or by invitation elsewhere.

​I hold ceremonial spaces for thresholds, healings and celebrations, including sound, voice and the plants.
About Me
I have journeyed for many years reclaiming the deep feminine wisdom of my own body and supporting others to do the same. I teach the Shivashakti dance meditation as shared to me by Elisabeth Serra.
I’m a singer and artist, love creating beautiful spaces and growing plants.
